Barbron is the leading manufacturer of flame arrestors for the inboard marine industry and manufactures filtration equipment for the heavy-duty off-road equipment market.

Located in Detroit, Barbron has expertise in metal fabrication and has engineering skills in metal fabrication and plant setup for efficient production for short and longer run fabrication, both in a job shop environment and as a proprietary producer.

Because of the limited number of similar product manufacturers, the acquisition search would best be orientated toward metal fabrication utilizing stamping and die work.
